As I reflect on my 2-year anniversary of working with Vince I’m reminded how thankful I am that our paths crossed.
I was just finishing up a round of recommended physical therapy for a knee injury I sustained playing tennis. While this intervention assisted with pain management, the discomfort and caution I used in my activities of daily living remained concerning.
My physician suggested I consider a knee replacement. This recommendation was the jolt I needed to truly focus on my health in my way.
I connected with Vince who truly listened to me. I felt a disconnect with those I sought help from up until then. Vince tailored a program of strength training and nutrition that led me on a successful path.
Two years have now passed and I feel at age 55 I am in the best shape of my life. My knee issues are no longer impeding my daily activities. I am able to perform all physical activities I enjoy!
I work with Vince 1:1 twice weekly. However, he is responsive at all times. It’s fun to send him photos of nutritious meals I eat. He is truly my biggest cheerleader.
Vince changed my life! I value our friendship and his continued investment in my success.

As his passion for health and wellness grew, Vince went on to pursue a bachelors degree in Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago as well as becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. Believing in continuing education, he did not stop there, he also received his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
